Client Testimonials

MAC Risk/Royal Ahold, Self-Insured

Ahold + MAC

“I would like to take this opportunity to extend to Acrometis and the entire implementation team, my congratulations on a job well done. The support and training during and after the transition was excellent and well received.

After only 90 days of implementation, we are seeing a two-thirds reduction in the number of documents our adjusters are touching. This significant reduction, in the number of touches, allows our adjusters to focus on the core elements of claim management such as; prompt contact and improved communication with injured associates, operating personnel and in assisting injured associates in returning to work, resulting in a win-win situation for all concerned.

We look forward to building upon these early successes.”

Nick Parillo, President, MAC Risk Management, Inc.

“I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the successful implementation of eBilling for our PIP department. Working with you all throughout this project was a pleasure and I can honestly say I have never had an IT initiative run so smoothly or delivered on time. You managed to accomplish both, which is truly impressive.

We look forward to seeing this solution in action and are excited by the technological advancements eBilling will bring our workflow.”
